Guidelines on How to Complete the Application Form
The students are advised to read the guidelines carefully before completing the Application Form for Admission.
- Please make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria before filling up the Application Form.
- Fill the Application Form in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Please provide all available and correct information in appropriate sections.
- Make sure to sign the Application Form.
- Retain a photo copy of the application form along with documents stipulated.
Attested Copies of Certificates
Students are required to enclose attested copies of the following certificates:
- Date of Birth Certificate/Class X Certificate.
- Mark sheet of Class XII / Degree certificate (as may be applicable).
- Domicile Certificate.
- Nationality Certificate/Proof for foreign students only
- Other certificates pertaining to academic and extra curricular activities.

The scanned application form can also be submitted to the following email address with scanned copies of documents: [email protected] or [email protected] Admission granted online will be provisional till completion of interview formalities and receipt of payment.
Admission fee of Rs. 10,000 is to be paid by all the selected candidates immediately after the admission decision is announced. The last date for payment of admission fee is July 27, 2014.
The program fee includes the tuition fee, examination fee and library fee. Students have to pay the fee at the beginning of each semester, as per the due dates which will be notified separately at the relavant time.

*Domicile: Students belonging to neighboring GTA (Gorkha Territorial Administration) will be treated on par with the domicile students of Sikkim.
Non-Domicile: Students from states other than Sikkim.
All payments should be made by way of demand draft or banker’s cheque drawn in favor of “The ICFAI University, Sikkim – Fee Collection A/c” payable at Gangtok, Sikkim.
All students will be required to make a Caution Deposit of Rs. 10,000 which is refundable at the completion of the program. In case of students migrating to any other ICFAI institution, this money will be transferred to that institution. In case of those who leave the ICFAI University, Sikkim for any other reason, it will be refunded after adjustments if there are any outstanding dues.
Campus Activity Fund
All students are required to pay an amount of Rs. 5,000 towards Campus Activities Fund which will be paid in two equal installments of Rs. 2,500 along with the First and the Second semester fee. Campus Activities Fund covers the expenditure towards the ICFAI University’s share of the educational tours and festivals, sports programs and emergent medical treatment for the first three days of hospitalization where required after which the student’s parents/guardians will be responsible for further treatment.
An Alumni Fee of Rs. 5,000 will be paid by all students in the final semester of the program along with the semester fee.
