University registration Fee and special fee from every foreign student, seeking admission to a programme of study in NSIT will be charged at the rates given below:

HOSTEL FACILITY AND CHARGES
The Institute has four hostels for boys and two hostels for girls. As far as possible, hostel accommodations are provided to the eligible interested students. First year boys students are segregated and allotted separate Hostel. It is mandatory for all the allottees of the hostel accommodation to avail the mess facility of their respective hostels. Students staying in the Hostel are required to comply with all the rules and regulations of the University and the Institute in this regard. Subject to availability of accommodation, the outside Delhi Region students will be allotted hostels on the day of registration, whereas the allotment for Delhi Region students will be done after one week of registration.
HOSTEL AND MESS CHARGES
Following documents are required at the time of allotment of hostel:
1) Fee deposit Receipts of:
a) Rs. 15,100/- deposited in the Institute‟s Account in Andhra Bank, NSIT.
b) Rs. 7,000/- deposited in concerned Hostel‟s Mess Account in Andhra Bank, NSIT for Mess Bill advance.
2) B.E. Admission Slip
3) 5 Colour photographs (2 Stamp size and 3 passport size) of the student
4) Photocopy of Parent‟s Identity Card (for parent‟s signature verification)
5) Recent address proof: – Telephone/Electricity bill/Bank Pass Book, etc.
(i) Mess Bill Advance is adjusted at the end of each semester or when the student surrenders the hostel accommodation.
(ii) At any time during the course, hostel residents may be required to pay additional deposits or fees to cover increased costs on any item of expenditure.
(iii) Students who are required to stay in the Hostel, during the Summer/Winter vacation, for genuine reason under special circumstances will be allowed on payment @ Rs. 600/- per month towards incidental charges. For this purpose, students will submit their application in concerned Hostel‟s Office after duly forwarding it by the faculty member with whom they will be associated for training/project work in that period.
(iv) Any violation of the Hostel Rules will be viewed seriously and action will be taken as per the rules of the Institute and the University in this regard.
