Candidates, those who have applied for MBBS/BDS/B.Arch Courses only can download their Admit Cards provided on the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from 16th May 2013. Such downloaded admit cards should be produced before the College authorities at the time of admission.
The Admit Cards of a few Candidates are temporarily withheld since they have not enclosed some of the essential documents along with the application, which are mandatory for the acceptance of application. The details of such defects in the application will be displayed while attempting to download their Admit Cards. The Printout of a Memo indicating the defects and the proforma for rectifying them will be generated for such candidates through the website.
All the defects noted on the Memo should be rectified on or before 27th May 2013 by submitting the relevant documents to the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
Such candidates will be allowed to take the printout of their Admit Cards as and when the defects are cleared in the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. The candidates who have not rectified the defects notified on the Memo will not be included in the Centralised Allotment Process 2013.
The course certificate and other documents submitted by certain candidates for claiming various reservations are found to be incomplete or improper. However such candidates are allowed to download their Admit Cards. The printout of a Memo indicating the defects will be generated for such candidates. The reservation claims of such candidates will be allowed only if they submit the relevant documents at the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on or before 27th May 2013.
Also Candidates, those who have applied for the Kerala Engineering/Medical (Except MBBS/BDS) Entrance Examinations 2013 which will be held from 22nd to 25th of April 2013 at different centres, have to download their Admit Cards from 22nd March 2013.
(a) The Admit Card for the Entrance Examination can be downloaded from the official website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, www.cee.kerala.gov.in The candidates will have to enter their Application number and Date of Birth provided in the application form in order to download the admit card. They will have to take a printout of the admit card. Admit cards will not be sent by post from the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Help Desks and Facilitation Centres will be functioning across the State from where candidates can download and take printouts of admit card. The venue of the examination and time table will be noted in the admit card. Separate notification in this regard will be issued.
(b) Rejection memo will be sent to candidates whose application has been rejected.
(c) All candidates whose application has been accepted should download their admit card well in advance. However there will be provision for those candidates who are unable to take a printout of the admit card to get an identification certificate through the concerned Liaison Officer present at the places noted below, between 9 am and 1 pm on 21.04.2013.
(d) The candidate himself/herself should meet the Liaison Officer with (i) his/her photograph attested on a plain paper by a Gazetted officer / the Head of the Institution where the candidate is studying or has studied and (ii) an identical photograph which has to be affixed in the Identification Certificate. Duplicate admit cards or Identification Certificates will not be issued to the candidates from the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, directly.
(e) A candidate who does not possess either the Admit Card or Identification Certificate issued by the Liaison Officer will not be admitted to the Examination Hall under any circumstances.
