evrything should b done on merit basis
are handicapped or dmbos so they cannot study
general student nead such a good rank and theses people get into colleges with poor ranks even

I have secured 2345 rank in Indraprastha University CET 2012.
I have studied in Noida. What is my chance of getting B. Tech admission either in Electrical/Mechanical engineering in any of the Engineering colleges in Delhi?
