Member Institutions

There are in all 12 medical, 25 dental and more than 150 unaided, private engineering colleges which are members of COMEDK, across the State of Karnataka and which offer various courses in Medical, Dental or Engineering studies at Under-Graduate level. The courses offered at the Under-Graduate level include MBBS, BDS or B.E programs. Colleges have indicated their willingness to make admission to their Under Graduate courses based on merit in the Common Entrance Test organized by COMEDK (COMEDK UGET-2013).

• Minority status applicable to candidates for admission to respective minority status colleges.
• Candidates have to declare their category status while filling the application form. Declaration once made in the application with regard to the category status like SC / ST / OBC and Minority will not be changed subsequently either prior to test or counseling. Hence candidates are cautioned to fill in with great care about the category status.
• Applications without duly attested SC/ST/OBC and Minority Certificates shall be treated strictly as belonging to General Merit and no correspondence shall be entertained after the last date(i.e. 15/04/2013). Mere mention of a category either as SC/ST/OBC/Minority without enclosing certificates necessary in this behalf, such applicants will be treated as belonging to General Merit category and no changes or modifications are permissible thereafter under any circumstances.
